The Director of Grants Management is a full-time, 12-month administrative position, providing leadership, coordination, and technical assistance for grant development throughout the college. This position collaborates with college faculty and staff, the College Foundation, employers, and community partners to develop and acquire federal, state, and local and private sector grants in support of college priorities and workforce development. The Director also performs a teaching/coaching function in offering grant workshops and other training opportunities for college faculty and staff.
Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and four (4) years of experience in project, financial, or grant management; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
