Responsibilities S&H Youth and Adult Services Residential Recovery Supports House Manager (Residential Counselors) is responsible for:
Providing residential supports to sud recovery participants.
Facilitating recovery skills group counseling and education sessions to assist clients in meeting therapeutic goals Conducting individual counseling to provide crises intervention, support & guidance, and address client behaviors and personal problems in the residential facility.
Accompany participants to self-help groups in the community.
Documenting participants' progress and responses to services.
Coordinating Facility Staff Schedule Creating weekly meal plans and Grocery Shopping Enforcing house rules Assisting with treatment planning Administering breathalyzer and UA tests as necessary Job Requirements:
