Job Description:
Salisbury, NC Pediatric Advanced Therapy (PAT) is seeking a motivated and energetic professionals to join our growing home care team in the greater Charlotte area.
We are hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in a home setting.
It is preferred that candidates have experience as an RBT or BT to qualify to work in-home but not required.

RBT's and BT's are responsible for implementing skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
We are looking for professionals who really want to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
PAT will provide initial training for new technicians and ongoing supervision from a BCBA.
Behavior Technician 40-Hour Course:
If you are not an experienced BT/RBT, you must complete the 40-hour BT training on your own time before employment start date.

Responsibilities:
Provide quality 1:
1 instruction to children in the areas of communication, social, play, and adaptive skills Record objective daily data to reflect client progress towards goals Maintain objective daily session notes Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Requirements:
6 months
experience of BT/RBT work preferred but not required Bachelor's Degree (preferred) - preferably in a human service field (Education, health care related, etc.
), Associate's degree considered Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Job Type:
