Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area.
- Manage a team of front of house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a full-service restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Understanding of food production processes.
- Proficient in bartending techniques and able to prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
