Responsibilities:
Implement the treatment and rehabilitative strategies outlined in the patient care plan, including medication management, rehabilitation treatments, coordination of medical needs, and budget monitoringMaintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided to ensure accurate patient record and billingConduct assessments and approve plan of care and service delivery methodsFollow consumer health plans, provide and promote consumer choice, and facilitate consumer independencePerform competency and skills evaluations on employees who provide direct careOther tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of ageActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in state of operationBachelors Degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an Associates Degree in nursing from an accredited two-year programAbout our Line of Business:
