Customer Service Representative, Telemarketing Sales The Company:
Staclean Diffuser Company manufactures pollution equipment, and buys/resales pollution accessories, both primarily for the markets in the United States and its territories.
The sales office is in Salisbury, North Carolina, and our manufacturing facility is nearby in Rowan County.
The company began in a sister plant which operated air pollution equipment; the Staclean Diffuser was developed and patented at that plant in an effort to increase the effectiveness of the air pollution equipment it operated.
Salary:
Base salary plus commission on sales Job
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all sales of pollution equipment and accessories in his territory.
Typically the Sales Manager will assume selling responsibilities for major capital expenditures by our customers, but he will be aided by the Customer Service Representative.
Sales by the Customer Service Representative are primarily by telephone and email.
There is minimal to no required travel and selling hours are regular, typically 8AM to 5PM with an hour for lunch.
Typical equipment that will be sold by the Customer Service Representative includes:
filter bags, filter cages, leak detection powder, air pressure monitors, rotary air locks, screw conveyors, ductwork, fans, and other equipment used in a manufacturing plant.
Training on both the application of equipment needed by our customers as well as a database of customers and manufacturing sites and guidance on selling these items is on-going.
