Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between different departments within the organization - Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents - Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and deadlines - Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes - Provide administrative support to executives and managers as needed - Maintain accurate records and files
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with fabricating and quality inspection processes - Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Understanding of quality control procedures and techniques - Familiarity with HACCP and FDA regulations Note:
