Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related positions Ability to thrive in an upbeat environment Proficient in verbal and written English language Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read, write and communicate with customers, peers and management Telephone etiquette Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Be on time for scheduled shifts Customer service focus Welcome and identify the guest's needs to ensure good customer service Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Get familiar with the products that we offer for our guests as to stay up to date with product trends Operate POS system in order to process cash, credit and debit transactions, pull deposits Stay up to date on our current sales and promotions as to inform guests and meet sales goals Organize store displays to keep store looking appealing for guests Keep store displays, sales floor and back room areas clean and organized Complete daily & weekly assignments as given by management Ability to multi-task, while bring attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision Physical demands:
This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours, May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
