What is a Licensing Assistant? A Licensing Assistant helps our clients obtain various business and professional licenses nationwide, reviews and analyzes information from multiple sources and communicates with clients and licensing agencies via phone and email.
They thoroughly understand government applications and regulatory requirements and help our clients navigate them while providing outstanding service.
They also conduct thorough and accurate research, call government agencies and communicate with clients about their projects.
A Licensing Assistant ensures the timely and accurate filing of client applications to government agencies via paper and electronic means, accurately records and tracks the status of pending license applications through the entire project timeframe and communicates status externally and internally.
