Responsibilities:
Assist in cleaning residential properties.
Perform cleaning tasks such as baseboard cleaning, window cleaning, and other housekeeping duties.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Work alongside our experienced team and learn on the job.
Drive to different cleaning locations in the area.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Drug-free individual; we do not tolerate drug use during work hours.
No larceny charges on your criminal record.
Hardworking and dedicated to completing tasks efficiently.
No prior cleaning experience necessary; we value work ethic and attitude over experience.
Compensation:
Starting wage of $16 per hour.
Signing bonus of $100 after a successful 2-month probation period or completion of 10 cleaning assignments, whichever comes first.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
It operates on a sign-up sheet system where we post a cleaning schedule to a message board, and you sign up for the assignments you want to do or can make it to, depending on your availability.
