Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in computer.
- Enter orders, quotes, and purchase orders - Perform outbound calling to follow up on leads and secure sales opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role - Ability to effectively communicate in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Familiarity with market trends and industry-specific products - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer interactions Job Type:
